WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SERVICES AGREEMENT

This website: https://amigotours.com (the "Website") is owned, operated, and/or managed by Operadora Arozarena, S.A. de C.V., a duly constituted and validly existing company under the laws of the United Mexican States ("Mexico"); Amigo Group Europa, S.L., a duly constituted and validly existing company under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with its address at Pasaje Bisbal number 6, 1st Floor, 28028, Madrid, Spain, with NIE: B87468732 ("Spain"); Amigo Tours New York, LLC, a duly constituted and validly existing company under the laws of the United States of America ("United States"); and Amigo Tours LTD, a duly constituted and validly existing company under the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ("United Kingdom"), and Amigo Tours Japan GK, a duly constituted an validly existing company under the laws of Japan (“Japan”) (each of them, for the purposes of this document and individually, "AMIGO TOURS", depending on the jurisdiction where the SERVICES offered through the Website are provided). The Website is available to users worldwide.

AMIGO TOURS offers various hospitality, guided tourism, transportation, and experience products and services through the Website, as well as tickets to monuments, ruins, temples, museums, locations, and more in different countries (hereinafter, the "SERVICES", as they may be modified, added, or re-expressed from time to time through the Website).

Your use of the Website (i) as a visitor; (ii) as an individual acting on your own behalf or as a legal entity acting personally; or (iii) as an individual or legal entity acting on behalf of third parties ("You") and the contracting of any of the SERVICES is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By accepting them, you expressly consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to communicate them to any person who benefits from or uses the SERVICES contracted through the Website and confirmed by the applicable AMIGO TOURS entity through a service order confirmation sent to the email address you provide on the Website or displayed on it (a "Confirmed Reservation").

FIRST. DECLARATION OF LEGAL AGE AND CAPACITY.

By accessing and using this Website, You declare under penalty of perjury and guarantee that You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in Your jurisdiction of residence) and have the legal capacity to enter into and contract the services offered by AMIGO TOURS on the Website. You agree to use the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and only to make reservations on Your own behalf or on behalf of third parties for whom You are legally authorized to act. You are responsible for the Terms of Use that apply to reservations made on behalf of third parties, including any rules or restrictions. You declare under penalty of perjury that all information You provide on the Website is true, accurate, complete, and current.

This Website is not intended for minors, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If You do not meet this requirement, You must refrain from using the Website. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without parental or guardian consent verification, we will delete such information from our records immediately. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions.

SECOND. ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT.

Prior to payment for Your Confirmed Reservation, we will ask You to accept these Terms and Conditions. Such acceptance will constitute the complete understanding and a legally binding agreement between You and AMIGO TOURS regarding the SERVICES You have contracted through a Confirmed Reservation.

If You have contracted one or more SERVICES and/or obtained a Confirmed Reservation on behalf of third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES, it is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to inform such third parties of these Terms and Conditions. You are jointly and severally liable with such third parties for compliance with these Terms and Conditions, as well as for any action or omission by such third parties.

THIRD. INTERMEDIARY.

You acknowledge that certain SERVICES offered through the Website or experiences associated with Your Confirmed Reservation are provided or operated by individuals and/or legal entities unrelated to AMIGO TOURS, such as land, water, or air transportation services, hospitality, hot air balloon operators, experiences, among others. These associated or connected services to Your Confirmed Reservation are subject to specific terms and conditions of such third parties, and their own policies regarding additional charges for modifications, cancellations, refunds, special requests, missed flights, lost or misplaced luggage, insurance, etc., may apply.

While we will make our best efforts to inform You of any specific requirements or requests these third parties may require to enjoy the SERVICES that AMIGO TOURS has contracted for You under a Confirmed Reservation, we are not obligated to do so and will not be liable to You for any lack of documentation or requirements to enjoy such SERVICES provided or operated by third parties unrelated to AMIGO TOURS, including, without limitation, those related to water, land, or air transportation and hot air balloon travel experiences, access to venues, monuments, museums, and parks.

FOURTH. PRICES.

The rates for the SERVICES published on the Website are valid only on the day of quotation and are subject to change without prior notice. Depending on the country where the SERVICES are offered, prices may be expressed in pesos, the legal currency of the United Mexican States; in dollars, the legal currency of the United States of America; or in euros, the legal currency of the European Union.

The rates for the SERVICES shown will only be guaranteed at the time of receiving the corresponding payment and when a Confirmed Reservation is issued to You. All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is considered completed when You have a confirmation number and the corresponding charge has been applied to Your credit or debit card.

FIFTH. COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS.

Coupons, discount codes, or promotions (hereinafter, "Coupons") are promotional codes that offer discounts on the price of one or more SERVICES on the Website and have limited validity, as indicated on the Coupon itself. Once the validity period expires, the Coupon may no longer be used.

• - Coupons may be used only once and are non-transferable.
• - Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
• - To apply a Coupon, You must enter the Coupon code before payment of Your service order on the Website. Failure to enter the Coupon prior to purchase does not entitle You to request any kind of bonus or refund for Your Confirmed Reservation, and AMIGO TOURS is not obligated to apply the discount of any valid and legitimate Coupon that was not properly entered before payment of a service order on the Website.

• - Coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• - Coupons cannot be used for previous or future purchases outside the specified validity period.
• - AMIGO TOURS reserves the right to cancel any Confirmed Reservation if fraudulent or inappropriate use of Coupons is detected.

• - AMIGO TOURS reserves the right to modify or cancel Coupons at any time without prior notice. In case of modification, Coupons already issued will retain their original conditions until their expiration date.
• - If the order is canceled by the user, the value of the Coupon will not be refunded and cannot be reused.

• - AMIGO TOURS is not responsible to You for lost or stolen Coupons.
• - AMIGO TOURS does not guarantee that Coupons will be available at all times and reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the issuance of Coupons.

SIXTH. CONTRACTING OF SERVICES.

To contract any of the SERVICES offered through the Website, simply click on the tab labeled "*Tours*" and select the country where You wish to contract the SERVICES. Once You choose the country, a screen will appear with the different cities where AMIGO TOURS operates. Each city offers different types of SERVICES and experiences, which will be displayed when You click on any city. Relevant details and information about each Service will be shown, along with the option to reserve the Service of Your choice.

Once You have selected the Service You wish to contract, You can reserve it by clicking on the "Reserve Now" tab and choosing the available date and time that best suits You. After selecting the date and time of the SERVICES, we will show You the price per person and ask You to indicate whether You are traveling alone or with one or more companions, specifying if they are adults (over 12 years old), children (between 3 and 11 years old), or infants (under 3 years old). Once You have made Your selection, a mandatory additional information section will be displayed, including Your name and Your companions' names, Your and Your companions' identification or passport numbers, Your and Your companions' dates of birth, and a contact phone number, as well as payment details.

By entering the data, You declare under penalty of perjury that such data and that of Your companions are true, complete, correct, and accurate, and You assume full responsibility for the provided data, releasing AMIGO TOURS from any liability for any refusal by third parties to provide, in whole or in part, one or more SERVICES included in Your Confirmed Reservation. You understand that providing false, incorrect, or inaccurate data (including cases where You attempt to obtain a price benefit by indicating different ages for Your companions) may result in the non-provision or impossibility of providing the SERVICES, without the possibility of requesting a refund. At its sole discretion, AMIGO TOURS may offer You a date change for Your Confirmed Reservation but is not obligated to do so, and You understand that such modification may incur penalties or additional expenses that You and Your companions must cover.

SEVENTH. PAYMENT METHODS.

The Website accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express bank cards as payment methods. If You prefer to pay by bank transfer or another payment method accepted by AMIGO TOURS, please contact the customer service center for Your country in the Contact section of the Website.

The amount corresponding to the reservation will be charged immediately to Your debit or credit card, and We will send the Confirmed Reservation to Your email immediately, but in any case, within 60 (sixty) minutes after processing the transaction. If You provided an incorrect email address, please contact Us immediately, providing the banking details so We can send the Confirmed Reservation to Your correct email address.

Prices shown in US dollars will be charged in US dollars, and prices shown in euros will be charged in euros for transactions with Visa and Mastercard. You accept and understand that there may be fluctuations in the exchange rate by Your card issuer if the card is not linked to US dollars or euros. AMIGO TOURS does not control this and is not responsible for it. Please contact Your card issuer for more information.

Tips are not included in the price of the SERVICES unless indicated in the Confirmed Reservation. Any optional service during the provision of the SERVICES that generates an additional expense and is not included in the total amount or provided free of charge by the final service providers must be paid by You.

EIGHTH. MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, DESTINATIONS, AND PRICES.

The prices of the SERVICES and other products that may be published on the Website are subject to change without prior notice or notification on our part. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue one or more SERVICES (or any part of the Website content) at our sole discretion. We are not liable to You or any third party for modifications, price changes, suspensions, or interruptions of the SERVICES or the Website.

NINTH. DISCLAIMER ON ILLUSTRATIVE IMAGES.

The images used on the Website are merely illustrative and are intended to provide a general visual representation of tourist destinations. Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure the images are accurate and up-to-date, they may not faithfully reflect the current features of the destinations, including seasonal changes, renovations, or recent developments.

TENTH. DOCUMENTATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR DENIED ACCESS.

AMIGO TOURS is not responsible to You and/or Your companions for denied access to any country, tourist destination, or use of the contracted SERVICES due to lack of required documentation, such as passports, visas, official identifications, or other necessary documents. It is Your and Your companions' sole responsibility to ensure that, prior to the start of the SERVICES, You possess all documentation and comply with all relevant and valid requirements to use the SERVICES.

AMIGO TOURS will make its best efforts to notify You in advance if Your contracted SERVICE requires the display of specific documentation and will not be liable to You and/or Your companions for denied access to third-party destinations or locations. We strongly recommend reviewing the documentation requirements and other specifics (including, without limitation, height, age, physical conditions, attire, among others) in each jurisdiction, destination, or location, including, but not limited to, countries or regions, museums, monuments, churches, cathedrals, parks, ecological parks, recreational parks, wineries, factories, restaurants, plazas, vessels, etc. Failure to comply with documentation requirements may result in denied entry to such places and the impossibility of properly providing the SERVICES by AMIGO TOURS. AMIGO TOURS is not responsible to You and Your companions for any expense, inconvenience, or loss, action, or omission resulting from denied access due to lack of proper documentation for You and/or any of Your companions.

ELEVENTH. DECLARATION OF CONSENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS.

By contracting one or more SERVICES through the Website, You declare under penalty of perjury that You or You and Your companions have adequate and sufficient personal and/or medical insurance to cover any harm, accident, or injuries that may occur to You and/or Your companions, to Your person or property, during the execution of the SERVICES.

You and Your companions understand that the SERVICES involve inherent risks that could result in injuries, illnesses, viruses, or damages, including, without limitation, traffic accidents, rollovers, falls, bites (from land, marine, or aerial animals), theft, assault, navigation accidents, drowning, adverse weather conditions, and other known and unknown risks. By contracting the SERVICES, You and Your companions release AMIGO TOURS from any liability, claim, demand, action, or damage of any kind or nature that may arise to You and/or Your companions related to Your participation in the SERVICES due to any inherent risk that may result in injuries, illnesses, or damages, including, without limitation, traffic accidents, rollovers, falls, bites (from land, marine, or aerial animals), theft, assault, navigation accidents, drowning, adverse weather conditions, and other known and unknown risks. You and/or Your companions assume financial responsibility for any cost, damage, or injuries that may be experienced during Your participation in the contracted SERVICES.

TWELFTH. VACCINATION AND ALLERGIES.

Notwithstanding the requirements of the authorities, AMIGO TOURS will not require You to be vaccinated to use the SERVICES. We understand that the health and safety of You and Your companions are of utmost importance. However, at this time, we do not require or verify the vaccination status of our clients before they use our SERVICES. We strongly recommend that You and Your companions follow public health guidelines and those recommended by Your primary care physician that they deem appropriate before using the SERVICES, but the decision to vaccinate or not is at the personal discretion of each individual.

By accepting and using our SERVICES, You and Your companions understand and agree that AMIGO TOURS will not assume any responsibility in relation to the lack of specific vaccinations and/or the occurrence of allergies that may happen to You and/or any of Your companions during the SERVICES, nor for any consequences arising from Your decision not to vaccinate before using the SERVICES. You and Your companions understand that due to the inherent risks of the SERVICES, they may result in direct contact with nature and certain poisonous or allergenic elements or organisms for You and/or Your companions, including bites or stings from wild or non-wild animals. Therefore, You and Your companions assume full responsibility for Your own health and well-being during the use of our SERVICES. We strongly recommend contacting a local specialist doctor before using the SERVICES to learn about the risks to which You and Your companions may be exposed during the use of the SERVICES and the vaccines or protections that may be required to avoid any allergies or exposure to poisonous elements, animals, or organisms. If You or any of Your companions are allergic to any specific animal, substance, or organism in nature at the destination where You intend to contract the SERVICES, we recommend not contracting them.

THIRTEENTH. PHYSICAL CAPACITIES.

You declare under penalty of perjury that You and Your companions have the appropriate physical capacity and are in good health to participate in any activity of the contracted SERVICES and that You do not have medical conditions or physical limitations that could be aggravated by Your and/or Your companions' participation in physical, aquatic, or land activities. If You or any of Your companions have any known or unknown limitation to perform any activity of the SERVICES, we suggest not contracting the SERVICE. If You contract it and use the SERVICES with such known or unknown limitations, You and Your companions release AMIGO TOURS from any liability, claim, demand, action, damage, or injuries of any kind or nature that may arise to You and/or Your companions related to Your participation in the SERVICES, and You and/or Your companions assume financial responsibility for any cost, damage, or injuries that may be experienced during Your participation in the contracted SERVICES.

FOURTEENTH. USE OF EQUIPMENT.

You and Your companions agree to use all safety equipment provided and to strictly follow the instructions of the guides and AMIGO TOURS staff during the activities of the contracted SERVICES.

FIFTEENTH. CONSENT FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION.

In the event that You (or any of Your companions or any of the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) experience any kind of emergency, allergy, ailment, bite, sting, or accident during the SERVICES (other than a vehicular accident that may occur while inside a vehicle or bus, in which case the provisions of Clause Twenty-Second will apply), You (including Your companions or the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) authorize AMIGO TOURS and/or the guides assigned to the SERVICES to organize the necessary medical attention to address the situation and expressly agree to be responsible for the costs associated with such attention, including, without limitation, requesting local medical services from the museum, attraction, location, park, place, or site being visited and/or public or private medical or ambulance services (land, air, or water).

To the extent that circumstances permit, in the judgment of AMIGO TOURS and/or the guides assigned to the SERVICES, and provided that the health or safety of You (including Your companions or the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) is not compromised or further compromised, and that the circumstances allow, AMIGO TOURS and/or the guides assigned to the SERVICES may provide basic first aid and transport You (or Your injured companions or the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) to the nearest hospital or medical center at no cost.

SIXTEENTH. CLAIMS.

Once the SERVICES under a Confirmed Reservation have been enjoyed, any complaint, disagreement, and/or clarification must be submitted in writing to AMIGO TOURS.

You and Your companions understand and agree that the SERVICES contracted under a Confirmed Reservation are contracted under an integral service provision scheme that does not allow for partial divisions of the SERVICES. You understand that no refund will be issued for SERVICES partially unused voluntarily by You (including Your companions or the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) included and contracted in a Confirmed Reservation.

If You have contracted directly with individuals or legal entities through third-party websites or any other means or platforms unrelated to the Website for one or more SERVICES offered/operated/managed by AMIGO TOURS, You expressly agree that any claim must be handled directly with such individuals or legal entities. When You select and contract a SERVICE operated, managed, and/or administered by AMIGO TOURS on third-party sites or platforms, You are contracting directly with such third parties, and AMIGO TOURS acts as a commercial agent for such third party, thereby releasing AMIGO TOURS from any liability in this regard.

If any of the SERVICES operated by third-party individuals or legal entities unrelated to AMIGO TOURS under a Confirmed Reservation are not provided due to an attributable cause or unjustified refusal by such third parties, and You must seek or contract them on Your own and at Your expense, We ask that You request the necessary payment receipts so that AMIGO TOURS can process a full refund. If You do not have a receipt, the refund will be subject to a case-by-case analysis by AMIGO TOURS and will be carried out according to the initial payment method and the third party's policies. Please note that this will not apply if the refusal of such third party to provide the SERVICES operated by third parties is a consequence of Your and/or any of Your companions' total or partial failure to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions and policies of such third parties, false statements made by You at the time of booking, missed flights, transportation, or experiences, inappropriate attire, public disorder, or any other cause.

SEVENTEENTH. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND SPECIFICATIONS.

For modifications, cancellations, or additional requests to Your Confirmed Reservation, please refer to the General Cancellation and Refund Policy for Reservations published on the Website.

EIGHTEENTH. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP.

If You are an individual or legal entity that has contracted one or more SERVICES through the Website on behalf of third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES or if You are a service provider that maintains a contractual relationship with AMIGO TOURS to provide any of the SERVICES, You expressly agree that such relationship does not create any kind of partnership, association, or employment relationship between You and AMIGO TOURS, nor with its shareholders, employees, officers, agents, or dependents. Therefore, each party will be solely responsible for its obligations arising from legal provisions and other regulations regarding labor and social security. You and AMIGO TOURS are independent contracting parties, and no provision included in the Confirmed Reservation will make either party the agent or legal representative of the other for any purpose whatsoever, nor will it grant either party any authority to assume or create any obligation on behalf of the other.

NINETEENTH. LICENSE OF USE AND INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

AMIGO TOURS grants You a worldwide, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website solely and exclusively for the purpose of contracting any of the SERVICES offered through it by AMIGO TOURS (the "**License of Use**").

Restrictions on the License of Use. When using the Website, You may not:

• (a) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Website.
• (b) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any part of the Website.
• (c) Use framing techniques to attach any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of AMIGO TOURS (including images, text, page layout, or form) without the express written consent of AMIGO TOURS.
• (d) Collect information from the Website using any automated means (including scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers).

The Website and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of AMIGO TOURS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a transfer of intellectual property rights to You.

AMIGO TOURS reserves the right to terminate this license at any time and restrict Your access or the provision of the SERVICES without any liability and for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, You must immediately cease using the Website.

AMIGO TOURS shall not be liable to You for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website.

Under no circumstances may You use or exploit for Your benefit the trademarks, trade notices, or any other intellectual property rights belonging to AMIGO TOURS and/or contained on the Website. You will be responsible for any civil, administrative, or criminal penalties resulting from the violation of the aforementioned industrial and intellectual property rights.

TWENTIETH. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION.

For matters related to how AMIGO TOURS handles and protects Your personal data, please refer to the Privacy Notice published on the Website if You are in Mexico and to the Privacy Policy if You are in the European Union or any country other than Mexico.

TWENTY-FIRST. FORCE MAJEURE.

You understand and expressly agree that AMIGO TOURS shall not be liable to You and Your companions for any inability to provide the SERVICES in whole or in part when such impediment results from a force majeure event, such as hurricanes, closed ports, excessive traffic, blockades, administrative decisions of venues and museums, floods, muddy or blocked roads, tropical storms, epidemics, pandemics, or any other natural or man-made phenomenon beyond AMIGO TOURS' control. In such cases, only the policy for changing the date of Your Confirmed Reservation will apply, and on a case-by-case basis, at AMIGO TOURS' sole discretion, a total or partial refund of the Confirmed Reservation may be issued.

TWENTY-SECOND. INSURANCE.

AMIGO TOURS, or, if applicable, the independent transportation service providers contracted by AMIGO TOURS to provide You with the SERVICES, maintains a general traveler's insurance policy, which covers You (including Your companions or the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) during transfers within the vehicle or bus to any location contracted in the Confirmed Reservation. Therefore, You (including Your companions or the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) expressly accept and acknowledge that Your coverage applies only during journeys within the vehicles or buses. AMIGO TOURS may provide You with a copy of the policy upon Your request.

TWENTY-THIRD. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL OPINIONS ON SOCIAL NETWORKS AND OTHER WEBSITES.

The opinions, comments, and ratings about our SERVICES displayed on the Website or expressed by users on social networks or any other online platform are solely the personal opinions of such users, and we assume no responsibility or obligation to You and Your companions in this regard. These opinions are merely informative and do not necessarily reflect our official position, policy, or viewpoint. We are not responsible for any false expectations regarding the SERVICES arising from another user's opinion. We urge users of our SERVICES to make respectful and truthful comments, avoiding defamation, slander, or any other content that may be considered offensive, illegal, inaccurate, or false.

TWENTY-FOURTH. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

AMIGO TOURS may modify, expand, remove, correct, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. In all cases, We will publish the date of the last update of these Terms and Conditions on the Website, and such date will, for all legal purposes, be considered the date of the current Terms and Conditions associated with the SERVICES and applicable to any Confirmed Reservation.

We may also communicate these changes through the Website via pop-up messages or windows or by sending an email to You if We have Your address, although We are not obligated to do so.

TWENTY-FIFTH. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE.

AMIGO TOURS and its affiliates operate in strict compliance with the provisions established in the current Spanish legislation, particularly with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as Royal Decree-Law 23/2018, of December 21, which transposes directives on trademarks, rail transport, package travel, and linked travel services. This ensures that our services comply with applicable legal requirements, offering our customers security and transparency in the contracting of our travel products.

TWENTY-SIXTH. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

The applicable law and jurisdiction for any dispute or controversy arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions and the SERVICES, and the courts with exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or controversy between You and Your companions and AMIGO TOURS, will be determined by the location of the domicile of the AMIGO TOURS entity to which You and Your companions agree to submit:

The consent granted by You (including Your companions or the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) at the time of contracting any of the SERVICES through the Website represents Your full acceptance and express consent to these Terms and Conditions. If it is not possible to sign the document by hand due to the use of electronic and/or technological means, Your full and total acceptance (including Your companions or the third-party beneficiaries of the SERVICES for whom You contracted the SERVICES on their behalf and for their benefit) will be deemed unequivocally given from the moment You click on the acceptance section of these Terms and Conditions, make the payment for Your reservation, and AMIGO TOURS issues You a Confirmed Reservation.
